Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific PlaneTag you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original display card and protective packaging to ensure it is not scratched or damaged during transit.
Ship to MotoArt
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package back to our studio in El Segundo, California.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the authenticity and condition of the returned tag, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
